For those who want quick answers, you won’t find it here
You need to understand that your responsiveness isn’t up to the mark for people who want swift onboarding. Waiting for replies repeatedly and getting vague clarifications isn’t suitable if someone wants to use your software and training efficiently. For a company positioning itself as a facilitator of remote workflows, the delays in addressing even basic queries during sign-up and pre-purchase phases felt frustrating. While I can grant that the software itself has features which might work well, if your team doesn’t keep up with timely communication, then it becomes a bottleneck. In my opinion, this approach would suit those who have plenty of patience and time to deal with slow answers but would not be right for someone who needs a fast, clear, and straightforward process to get going. Also, the billing and invoicing setup was rather confusing at first and could do with improvements in clarity. You really need to speed up your response times and make your communication more user-friendly if you want to appeal to a wider customer base. As it stands, I found it lacking in the areas that matter most for initial engagement.
