Flexible timing was what caught my eye
When considering the WFHI software and services, I appreciated that the platform seemed designed to accommodate remote work hours fairly well. The sales team explained the flexibility upfront, which matched my working hours to a certain extent. I found the sign-up and invoicing process user-friendly, making the initial steps straightforward. However, while the calling tools performed adequately during my core work hours, some features seemed less accessible outside typical business times, which I hadn’t fully anticipated. The training sessions were scheduled at times that sometimes conflicted slightly with my personal routine, though recordings helped mitigate this issue. I found support reliable but occasionally faced wait times on telephonic assistance during peak hours, which was a minor inconvenience. The automatic updates were seamless, and the database functionality integrated well into my workflow. Ultimately, while the platform largely fit the hours I worked, a bit more clarity on support availability and training schedule flexibility would have rounded out the experience. The responsive people and ease of use kept me engaged, but a perfect fit in timing remains a work in progress for me.
