Flexible hours and database use went quite well
The way the training and onboarding fit into my actual working hours was pretty positive overall. I found that even though the scheduled sessions didn’t always perfectly match my preferred time, the recorded materials filled that gap well. This gave me flexibility to learn at my own pace while keeping up with my day-to-day routine. The database feature especially worked well for the times when I needed to organize client information quickly between calls, which suited my irregular work hours. One thing that didn’t go as effortlessly was the initial setup of the calling tools; there was a bit of a mismatch with how those automated updates affected my dialer performance during off-hours. It required some tweaking and help from support to stabilize. Still, once that settled, the software adapted nicely to my pattern and didn’t interrupt my flow. Payment and invoicing were straightforward, causing no concerns during my hours of use. In the end, the balance of scheduled and on-demand learning coupled with the database flexibility made the experience generally positive for how I actually work.
