five days felt average for onboarding
The training and onboarding process for WFHI took about five days, which I found reasonable. Some sections were well explained, making it easy to understand the software and its functionalities. However, there were parts where the instructions could have been clearer. While I grasped the overall workings of the system, certain features felt a bit rushed in explanation. The training sessions did provide a fundamental understanding, but I expected a bit more detail in some areas. Overall, it was an adequate experience, but a little more clarity would have improved it significantly. I hope future trainings are updated to reflect this.
