Fitting training into my odd hours was quite a struggle actually
So, I started the training sessions hoping they’d fit into my work routine, but honestly, it took a lot of effort to keep up. Most of the modules were scheduled around fixed hours which didn’t match the time I usually am available. It felt like I had to juggle between the training calls and my own priorities constantly. There were some recorded sessions which were okay, but the live support and interactive parts were mostly during office hours, so I missed quite a bit. Even the onboarding flow seemed like it preferred a 9-to-5 schedule, which is totally different from my actual working ones. I get that they want to keep a standard format, but a bit more flexibility would have made things easier. On the plus side, the software’s call dialer worked fine through my odd hours, so I could practice independently. Still, overall, I spent a lot of time adjusting my day just to keep up with all the requirements, and it was pretty tiring at times.
