Fitting Training Hours Felt Mostly Right
Thinking back on how the training fit with my actual work hours, I’d say it was mostly positive but with some room for improvement. The sessions were planned to accommodate typical standard hours, so I was able to attend most runs without too much hassle. But occasionally the timing didn’t quite sync with peak work periods, which meant I had to stretch a bit more than I expected on those days. I wonder if the program could offer more flexible slots or recorded versions to better suit people’s different schedules, especially those working unusual shifts. The training content itself was helpful and aligned with what I needed to use the software effectively, so the hours weren’t wasted. Overall, the experience felt fairly balanced but could become a little more adaptable to individual routine needs in the future.
