Fitting the Work Hours With the Sales Info – Here’s What Happened

Before choosing the software, I discussed my actual working hours with the sales team to see if their product would sync well with my schedule. While most parts of the software including the dialer and database matched my expected hours of work, some features like the automated updates seemed timed more for a different timezone, occasionally interrupting my workflow. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward and fit my timeline well, but the initial training and onboarding seemed pitched to a more fixed schedule which didn’t perfectly align with my irregular hours. I explained all this to a friend recently, and overall it’s decent but not perfectly aligned for flexible work hours.
