Fitting the schedule, but with some misses
The training and onboarding program mostly aligned with the working hours I actually keep, which was a relief. It helped that materials and sessions were accessible at times suiting my usual routine, making it easier to follow along without sacrificing my other commitments. However, not all parts fit as well as I hoped. Some live sessions were scheduled slightly outside my active hours, forcing me to adjust unexpectedly. I appreciated the clear instructions during onboarding, but the timing flexibility could be improved to better match diverse work hours. Despite this, I found the step-by-step process manageable and the content relevant to setting up for remote workflows. Overall, I’d say the training fit reasonably well but left room for more personalized scheduling options. The balance between regular and live content was decent, though a few sessions seemed locked to fixed times, which didn't always align with my available windows. So, while the hours worked often, sometimes they missed the mark causing minor inconvenience.
