Fitting my work hours was the only highlight
I was quite hopeful when I checked out the software and the onboarding process to see if it would align with the hours I really work. Honestly, the best part was that the scheduling options did fit my real working hours pretty well, which meant I didn’t need to repeatedly juggle my availability. However, the rest of the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The training covered a lot but seemed a bit generic and didn’t address some of the specific remote workflow needs I have, making me feel like I had to figure out several details myself. The database feature was neat but not as intuitive as I had expected, leading to some unnecessary delays. Also, I found the dialer to be a bit sluggish at times, which hampered call efficiency. Customer support was responsive but didn’t really go beyond the basics to guide me through issues. The invoicing process was straightforward, though, which I appreciated. If you could improve the training focus and fix responsiveness, this could be pretty good overall.
