Fitting in with my usual hours felt mostly okay
The entire sales and pre-purchase flow for WFHI’s software and training seemed reasonably suited to the hours I normally work. When I first signed up, the onboarding materials and the software tools gave me the impression that everything was tailored to typical remote workday lengths, which matched roughly with what I do each day. However, I did notice that some training sessions felt a bit packed into certain blocks of time which might be tricky for someone whose schedule isn't quite as flexible as mine. Overall, it didn’t feel overwhelming, but I would have appreciated a little more flexibility to spread those sessions out. The dialer tool and database management integrated well with the hours I could dedicate, making day-to-day operation feel manageable. There wasn’t any glaring mismatch with my work pattern, but a touch more accommodation of different daily rhythms might improve the experience further. So, on the whole, the process felt fairly smooth, just not perfectly matched for someone who needs a very customized schedule.
