Fitting hours to billing felt mostly fair
When I looked at how the billing aligned with the hours I actually worked using WFHI’s software, the overall experience was positive with just a small reservation. At one point, while reviewing my usage over a weekly period, I noticed the invoicing seemed to reflect well the active calling hours tracked by the dialer, except for maybe some brief sessions that might not have been counted with as much accuracy. The sign-up and payment steps were handled clearly and cleanly, leaving a good impression of how the charges corresponded with actual use. Training helped explain how the database and software interface recorded time, which gave me confidence in the process. Though the automatic updates changed some parts of the dialer interface occasionally, these didn’t interfere with tracking hours. I think this setup gave me a better sense of control over the billing experience than I expected. The one reservation I have is that, sometimes, minor discrepancies made me double-check entries which felt like an extra step. Yet, looking at the whole thing, it felt like a solid match between my hours and the amounts invoiced.
