Fitting hours: good yet slightly tiring process
Honestly, I’ve been explaining the billing and payment hours alignment so many times now, I almost lost count. What works well is that the software actually tracks the hours you work pretty accurately, so the billing fits what I do day to day. That saves me from constantly overpurchasing or underestimating my time on calls or database work. The automatic updates helped keep everything smooth, so I didn’t have to constantly check if the system was aligned. On the flip side, I did find myself a bit weary of having to confirm and reconcile my logged hours manually now and then, especially during the initial setup when I was trying to figure out the exact hours I would realistically commit. The invoicing system is straightforward but required attention since not every nuance of my work hours matched the preset categories perfectly. Plus, the telephonic support, while available, did sometimes slow down when I needed assistance fast with clarifying these details. Still, the billing flexibility is a definite plus, even if working it all out felt a bit draining at times.
