Fitting actual work hours wasn't quite perfect

I was hoping the software and training would match my actual working hours well, but the experience was split. On one hand, the onboarding process was straightforward, and the software’s automatic updates meant I didn't have to constantly check for new versions. This aspect saved me some time and hassle, which was definitely a positive. However, when it came to the calling tools and dialer, I found they didn't always align smoothly with the hours I intended to work. Sometimes, the dialer would activate outside the expected schedule, which was inconvenient. The database feature helped organize contacts decently, but syncing it with my workflow felt a bit clunky at times. The telephonic support team was responsive but occasionally unable to quickly resolve schedule conflicts in the software. Regarding sign-up and invoicing, the process was mostly clear, but a few steps felt repetitive and could have been streamlined. I appreciate that the training addressed standard workflows, but it didn’t fully take into account flexible or unusual hours, which is important for my situation. Overall, I recognize some features worked well and others did not meet my needs. This leaves me with a cautiously neutral impression because while the software has useful qualities, fitting it perfectly into my real-world hours was less successful than I wanted. It’s neither a failure nor a complete success, just something that needs more adaptation to varied work timings for full satisfaction.
