Using the software suited the hours I work every day. The onboarding process was straightforward enough and didn’t take more time than necessary. I was able to find the calling tools, database, and other features right away without having to search excessively, which saved time. Automatic updates kept the system current without interruptions to my work. Payment and invoicing were clear and timely which helped in planning. The only small issue was that sometimes the system’s scheduling seemed a bit rigid, not adapting fully to my variable daily hours. Still, overall, the experience felt balanced and consistent with how I work each day.
