Fitted my work hours surprisingly well
After using the WFHI software over a couple of weeks, I found that it fitted my actual working hours quite well. Since I typically start late mornings and go till evening with breaks here and there, the automatic updates running quietly in the background didn't interrupt me one bit. The database feature helped me quickly access the contacts I needed during calls, and the dialer was responsive, so I never felt held up. Sometimes, I did wish the onboarding training was a tad faster, but the step-by-step guidance made sure I wasn’t overwhelmed. Telephonic support was there whenever I had questions, usually answering without long waits which made it easier to stay productive. The system's sign-up and payment process was streamlined, so after initial setup, there was little hassle. What I liked most was how the whole thing felt cohesive—there were no obvious speed bumps or clumsy features, just a straightforward setup that fit my rhythms well enough to keep my remote work flowing smoothly.
