Fits well for fixed hours but not for very irregular shifts

The onboarding and training suited me well when my work hours were fairly consistent. It was easy to follow the training modules and start using the dialer and database features within the usual hours I kept. But for very irregular or shifting work hours, it might not be the best fit since the system schedules and updates expect some predictability. If you have a more fixed schedule, this would work well, but for someone who changes shifts daily, I don’t think it would suit as well due to timing mismatches and update cycles not always aligning with your hours.
