Fits well for fixed-hour type work schedules
When I signed up, I was not sure whether WFHI support and communication hours would align well with my actual working hours. I work on a fairly fixed daytime schedule, and thankfully the telephonic support and priority assistance times seemed to match nicely with when I was active. This was a nice surprise because I expected some mismatch or waiting due to time zone or office hour differences, but it turned out to suit people keeping regular hours well. I suppose the system might not be perfect if your routine is more irregular or during odd hours. The training and onboarding flow also felt paced for steady day working. So overall, I think this setup suits those with fairly regular daily hours and maybe wouldn’t be ideal if you work mostly nights or irregular shifts.
