Fits my working hours well, but not perfectly
I’ve found the WFHI system suits the hours I am available quite nicely overall. The dialer and database features allowed me to maintain productivity without feeling rushed during my typical work times, which are more flexible than usual. That said, the automatic updates sometimes happened during my busy periods, which was a bit inconvenient as I had to pause briefly to accommodate them. Interacting with the software was mostly smooth, and the onboarding training prepared me well for the processes I’d need to use regularly. However, I did feel some parts of the onboarding were a bit packed into a short window of time, which might be challenging for some users. Nonetheless, I appreciate the balance between software features and support that fits my daily schedule. It’s not flawless, but it does offer decent flexibility compared to other solutions I've tried. I expect some improvements could fine-tune it better for more irregular hours in the future.
