Fit worked well for my hours but had its downsides
When I first considered the software, I expected it to align well with my working hours since I usually prefer flexibility. In part, it met this expectation because the software supports asynchronous workflows and doesn’t force me to be logged on constantly. That aspect fit my schedule nicely and I could pace my calls and database updates comfortably. However, some features related to real-time calling felt somewhat rigid in timing, which I hadn’t anticipated. This meant that during peak hours I sometimes struggled with dialer responsiveness, and outside those hours the window for active calling shrinks more than I would like. So, while the core features matched flexible work rhythms well, some tools seemed better suited for fixed schedules. In terms of onboarding and invoicing, those worked as I expected and didn’t interfere with my timing preferences. Overall, I appreciate the balance of flexibility with some limitations on call scheduling that I’m hoping will improve over time with updates, making it even more suitable for varied work hours.
