fit to work hours but missing flexibility

Overall, the training and onboarding provided by WFHI suited the hours I typically work; however, it was not without some drawbacks. The sessions were clearly structured and informative, letting me dive into the dashboard features and dialer tools during my available daytime hours. This scheduling matched well with my usual workflow. Yet, I found that the training content did not cater fully to varied timings — for instance, if someone works late nights or odd shifts, the availability of live support or interactive sessions isn’t always convenient. The database tutorials covered the basics well but were somewhat rigid in pacing which made me feel rushed during parts and slow during others. The automatic update notifications came through on time, which I appreciated, helping me stay current with minimal disruption. Though sign-up and invoicing were seamless, the lack of adaptive training schedules felt like a missing piece that would really help persons juggling with unconventional working hours. In telephonic support, while generally helpful, response times varied depending on the time of day. In summary, the overall program is good but could certainly do better by allowing more flexibility and pacing options to suit different users’ working hours and learning speeds.
