Fit to my hours was mostly okay but had quirks
When I first checked the working hours compatibility, I found that WFHI's offering generally matched what I was looking for, especially with the software's flexibility on updates and the training materials being accessible anytime. This really helped because I could fit sessions into my irregular schedule. However, the sign-up process was somewhat time-consuming, which in a way conflicted with the ease I expected given the software's remote workflow focus. Also, while the calling tools performed well during my active hours, I noticed occasional delays in database syncing that caused some lag when juggling multiple tasks. The telephonic support was helpful but sometimes difficult to reach exactly when I needed it; this mismatch in timing was a tiny annoyance. Despite these quirks, the overall experience was balanced enough for me to continue using WFHI's platform. If they tighten up the synchronization and maybe streamline the sign-up a bit more, it would be even better. The standout feature for me is definitely the on-demand training—it adapts well to hours that aren’t standard, which is not easy to find.
