I liked how this software really matched my hours well, which was my main worry before signing up. The sign-up process was quick and the invoicing was straightforward so that part was easy to get through. Using the dialer and database tools felt pretty smooth and they didn’t force me into a rigid schedule which mattered a lot. The automatic updates didn't disrupt my workflow, and telephonic support was actually helpful when I called with questions. I found that the onboarding could've maybe been a bit more thorough for beginners, but overall it was good enough to get started without fuss. Basically, if I was to tell a friend about it, I’d say it’s a solid setup that won’t mess with your working hours much and comes with the right kind of support when needed.
