Finding what labels meant took too much time
The training and onboarding were frustrating because many labels and wording used in the software were unclear or inconsistent. It took considerable effort and repeated consultation of help materials to understand what some terms referred to in the process. The lack of clarity slowed progress in setting up workflows properly. The support via phone did not always clarify the meaning of these confusing terms, which added to the challenge. While the software had automatic updates, none addressed this terminology confusion. The invoicing and payment documents also contained language that felt technical to the point of opacity. Overall, this aspect demanded more effort than expected and became a barrier to efficient onboarding.
