Finding what I needed was mostly easy, with one part standing out
Overall, the sales and pre-purchase experience was pretty smooth. I managed to find most of the information I needed about the software features fairly quickly, especially details about the dialer and database options which were important for my remote workflows. The training overview was accessible without much trouble, and I could get a feel for how the software integrates with the calling tools before signing up. One part that really stood out was how the sign-up and payment process was laid out — very straightforward and uncomplicated. That clarity helped me feel confident moving forward. However, I did notice that at times the automatic updates information was buried a bit deep within documentation, making it slightly harder to find when I was trying to learn what would change in the software after an update. Aside from that small issue, everything else was quite intuitive, and telephonic support seemed easy enough to reach if needed. So, I’d say it’s user-friendly overall with just a little room to make some details more easily discoverable.
