Finding what I needed was more difficult than expected
I tried using the training and onboarding features, hoping to quickly find the resources I needed to get started. Unfortunately, the way the materials were organized made it quite hard to locate specific topics. There seemed to be a disconnect between what was promised in introductory communications and what was actually easy to access through the software's dashboard. Although the support was cordial when I did reach out, it was not always clear how best to navigate the training system independently. While some aspects of the onboarding did cover essentials, overall it was more time-consuming than I anticipated. I would say the process could be streamlined to help users like me find relevant content faster and without needing extra help constantly.
