Finding what I needed was a struggle but consistent updates stood out
When I first signed up with WFHI, I hoped the software would let me quickly access the features I needed without much hassle. Initially, I found the navigation pretty confusing and it took some time to locate the database and calling tools. However, I appreciated that the system did receive automatic updates, which seemed to improve the interface slightly over the week I used it. Still, the core functions I needed to manage my remote workflows remained buried under several layers of menus. The telephonic support tried to help but ended up just adding to my frustration, often giving scripted responses that didn’t directly address the issues. Onboarding was a challenge; the training materials didn’t prepare me thoroughly for practical use, so I felt lost more often than not. Overall, I expected a smoother experience, especially since the sign-up and payment processes were straightforward and well-explained. Unfortunately, the software's complexity and limited real-time assistance made it hard for me to feel confident or productive throughout my trial period.
