Finding what I needed was a real chore
Honestly, using the WFHI software felt like a lot more effort than it should be. I was just trying to locate certain features within the interface, like the dialer settings and the database tools, and it wasn’t straightforward. The menus seemed cluttered, and the layout didn’t make it easy to find what I was looking for quickly. Each time I signed in, I had to spend extra time searching or trying different tabs, which really sapped the ease of use you would expect. The support options didn’t appear very accessible either, so if I got stuck, I wasn’t sure where to turn promptly. On the plus side, I guess the invoicing part was clear and simple from the start, which was one kind of relief in this otherwise confusing software experience. Automated updates came through without causing issues, but honestly, that didn’t make up for the constant struggle to just navigate the system properly. In short, it took more patience and perseverance than I had hoped to just get through the basics of daily operation.
