Finding What I Needed Was a Real Challenge
Looking back, the whole process to find clear information before purchase was more complicated than I had anticipated. The website didn’t provide straightforward details about the exact software features and training included, which meant I had to spend a lot of time searching elsewhere. I kept hoping the sign-up flow would clarify the value proposition further, but it just added to my confusion with multiple steps and unclear invoicing terms. The payment process felt rigid and left me unsure if I was fully aware of what I was committing to. After months of reflecting on this, I realize that better pre-purchase communication or more transparent explanations would have saved me considerable effort. Although some updates to the dialer and database features sounded promising at first, without clear guidance before buying, I was unprepared for the day-to-day complexity. Ultimately, the sales and onboarding process demanded more patience and research than I expected, which made the start of my experience frustrating rather than helpful.
