Finding what I needed was a mixed bag but interesting
So, I started exploring the sales and pre-purchase stuff, expecting things to be laid out clearly. At first, it was a bit of a maze and I wasn’t sure where my focus should be—like, there were so many steps and options to consider. But after poking around, I did manage to find the core info I needed, which was a relief because it felt like I was close to giving up. I guess what surprised me was how the parts I needed were kind of buried rather than upfront. The software details and training descriptions weren’t as obvious as I thought they’d be; I had to revisit the site multiple times. Towards the end, I felt like I was on a better footing though, so there’s that. Next time, I hope they arrange things a bit more intuitively to save people some hassle.
