Finding what I needed took way too long
Looking back some time after trying to get started with WFHI, I realize that the key negative was just how long it took me to find the features I actually wanted. From the initial sales process to the sign-up, everything seemed straightforward enough, but when I finally accessed the platform, I had trouble locating the specific tools like the dialer and database that were crucial for my workflow. Training materials did exist but felt scattered and didn't always explain things clearly, which added to my confusion. The invoicing and payment screens were not very intuitive either, requiring a number of visits to support. The waiting on hold and repeated calls became frustrating, especially when my questions weren't answered quickly. After several sessions, I felt somewhat stuck and unsure if the software would really support my remote work needs. In the end, the delay and difficulty in accessing what I needed left a bad impression that’s made me hesitate about continuing with the service.
