Finding training materials was easy but search feature needed help
I found the training and onboarding materials fairly easy to locate within the software's dashboard. The organized modules made navigation smooth when I was looking for specific topics, especially regarding the calling tools and database features. However, one aspect that didn't go as well was the search function. When I tried typing keywords to jump directly to certain lessons, it often missed relevant results or gave me pages that weren't quite what I was searching for. This meant sometimes I had to browse manually, which slowed me down. The overall structure was helpful, and the onboarding flow was logical, guiding me step-by-step through the software's capabilities. Automatic updates rarely disrupted my learning process, which I appreciated. So, while the ease of finding materials on the whole was a plus, the inconsistency in the search tool was a drawback. That small hiccup aside, I would say the experience made me comfortable using the platform effectively. The balance between good organization and imperfect search shaped how well I could keep up with the training pace.
