Finding training material was a hassle
The training process was somewhat frustrating for me. While I did manage to find some useful resources eventually, the initial layout was confusing and not user-friendly. I had trouble locating the specific modules I needed, which made the whole onboarding experience longer than I hoped. The one thing I liked was the content itself; it was helpful once I got it, but the search process left a lot to be desired.
