Finding the right videos was the one ease I noticed
I was honestly a bit unsure at first about how simple the training and onboarding would be. When I started, I mainly wanted to get quickly to the part about using the calling tools since that’s crucial for my daily routine. I found that the search and categories helped, but only after a few tries and some trial and error. The guides sometimes felt a little too detailed for my needs, so I skipped some sections and it seemed to work out, but I worry I missed important things. The one part that stood out the most was how quickly the videos loaded and how clear they were—that definitely made learning smoother for me. Although it wasn’t instantly obvious how to reach everything, navigating the system was mostly straightforward by the time I was halfway through. Overall, it was a helpful experience, but I think a bit more upfront guidance could have saved me some time and uncertainty.
