Finding the right training module was surprisingly easy
After dealing with multiple platforms before, I had low hopes about how simple it would be to locate specific training resources on WFHI. But honestly, the training handbook section was organized enough that I didn’t have to waste too much time. The index and search function led me directly to modules about the dialer and database tools without much scrolling or confusion. It made a big difference because I had tried earlier to find such specific tools elsewhere, and it was just a headache. Even the onboarding videos were easy to follow once I found them, though I have said this before to others — some parts could still use better timestamp navigation. Overall, the ease of access to training materials helped me feel less overwhelmed and more confident to explore the software more. So, if you ask me what went well, it was definitely how straightforward it was to find the exact resources I needed without losing too much time or patience in the process.
