Finding the right software feature was quite a struggle
From the very beginning, I found it quite difficult to navigate through the software to find what I actually needed. Although the product description promised a streamlined experience, I often spent longer than expected just locating the specific calling tools or database modules required for my workflow. The dashboard layout felt cluttered at times, which did not help in identifying the key functionalities quickly. The search and filter options were not very responsive, and the labeling of some sections was somewhat ambiguous, which added to the confusion. On the positive side, once I did manage to find the correct feature, it mostly worked as intended with minimal glitches. The automatic update system also did a decent job keeping features current. However, the overall effort to initially access and set up critical pieces meant my first few working days were slower than I had hoped. I would say that this requires a bit of patience or prior familiarity to avoid getting overwhelmed by the volume of information presented. The experience was therefore mixed but leaned towards being somewhat frustrating due to extra effort needed.
