Finding the right options felt straightforward from the start
Navigating the WFHI platform during the initial sales and pre-purchase phase felt surprisingly straightforward. From the outset, I was able to locate the sections I needed without too much digging. The user interface had a logical layout with menus and features grouped in a way that matched what I expected. Searching through the catalog of software features and training offerings was easy since filters and categories worked as intended. One small reservation is that certain advanced features appeared hidden behind a few extra clicks rather than being visible upfront, which felt a tiny bit frustrating when I wanted to quickly gauge all available options. The onboarding flow also helped guide me toward relevant modules after sign-up, reducing the load on me to figure everything out at once. The dialer and calling tools were clearly labeled and accessible from the main dashboard, which is where I expected them. While invoices and payment options were logically placed within account settings, more visible prompts might reduce confusion for new users. Overall, the experience felt well thought through and user-centric. I never felt lost navigating the system, which saved me effort during decision-making. This ease of finding what I needed was important in building trust as I explored remote workflow management software. I would say that the whole thing had a solid intuitive feel, with minor improvements plausibly increasing efficiency even more later on.
