Honestly, the whole onboarding experience was a struggle for me. I tried following the training steps, but everything seemed hidden or mislabeled. The search feature barely helped because it kept throwing irrelevant results. I thought it would be simple to get started, but I wasted a lot of time just trying to figure out basic workflows. The videos and materials were there but organized in such a confusing way that I couldn't tell which part applied to me specifically. Their system for new users definitely felt clunky rather than intuitive. I hoped for a smooth start with clear guidance, but instead, it felt like stumbling through a maze without any real help. To add to the frustration, the progress tracking was poorly explained, so I didn’t know if I was even on the right page. Honestly, it made me question whether this was the right software for me since the initial training was such a headache.
