Finding the right hours took a bit longer than expected
I was initially concerned about how well the WFHI software would fit into my actual working hours, especially since my schedule can be quite irregular. Signing up and gaining access to the dashboard was mostly smooth, but aligning the software’s availability with my personal rhythm required some trial and error. The calling tools and dialer functioned reliably during my core hours, and the database feature helped organize contacts effectively, but I noticed that certain automatic updates sometimes triggered when I wasn’t actively working, causing minor lags. The onboarding process gave a useful overview but didn’t fully prepare me for these nuances in timing. What I liked was that telephonic support was available if I needed help adjusting settings, though it sometimes took a few moments to get connected. The invoicing and payment steps were clear, and the billing process wasn’t tedious, which added to the overall positive impression. In summary, the software mostly accommodated my work hours, though setting it up to fit perfectly required more time than I had anticipated.
