Finding the right function felt like searching in a maze
I spent a frustrating amount of time trying to locate the database tools I needed within the software. The interface wasn't intuitive to me, and every attempt to find the calling features involved multiple backtracks. One specific occasion sticks out: I needed to organize contact details quickly, but the labels weren't obvious and the menus didn't guide me well. I clicked on several unrelated options hoping one would lead to the database I required. Even after reading some help articles, the support line wasn’t immediately helpful.
