Finding the info was a mix of easy and tricky
At first, I thought finding what I needed from WFHI would be pretty easy because the software dashboard and sign-up process looked user-friendly. The initial pages had clear links and options for exploring features like the dialer and database, so I was optimistic. But as I dug deeper to find details about invoicing and billing, it got a bit confusing. Some information was scattered, and I found myself toggling between tabs to figure out payment terms and how automatic updates might affect my access. The training materials helped bridge some gaps, though they didn't always clarify every detail at once. So while I started confident about how easy it would be, it ended up feeling like I was piecing things together gradually. Overall, I’d say the experience balanced out — expectations set were partially met with some searching needed to get the full picture.
