Finding the dialer was surprisingly easy, though one feature was buried
I’ve been using the software for a couple of weeks now, and honestly, the dialer tool was very easy to locate once I knew where to look. Navigating through the portal was mostly straightforward, except for one specific feature in the database section that felt hidden beneath multiple menus, which made me stumble a little. What kept me going was the regular automatic updates that improved functionality without forcing me to hunt through confusing layers. The telephonic support was approachable and helped clear up my initial confusion. Even though it took some time to get fully comfortable, the ease of access to most tools made up for it. I’m still looking forward to discovering if the less obvious features become easier to find with experience.
