Finding the database setup was easier than I thought
When I first started with WFHI, I worried it might be tricky to get everything sorted, especially the training and onboarding for the workflow. I was pleasantly surprised that once I navigated past the initial few steps, finding the database feature was fairly simple. The layout is logical, though at first I wasn’t sure if I had missed something important. The training materials helped me understand how to organize contacts and calls, and accessing the dialer wasn’t complicated either. One part that really stood out to me was the automated updates; they worked quietly in the background without interrupting my workflow. Of course, I’m still not an expert and had to occasionally pause to figure out some functions, but overall the ease of finding key features like the database took some worry out of the process. Payment and invoicing were handled smoothly with clear instructions, which made setting up my account less stressful. So while I’m still getting the hang of every detail, it was refreshing to see that the important stuff was well signposted and easy enough to access quickly.
