Finding simple info wasn’t straightforward
Honestly, when I was looking to figure out which software package to buy and how the training would line up, I found the available info wasn't as easy to track down as I expected. The website had bits of details scattered around, and sometimes I had to call support just to clear up what features were included or how billing works. On the plus side, customer service reps did try to answer thoroughly when I reached them on the phone. But waiting to get through or getting someone who could clearly explain the process didn’t happen every time. I was hoping for clearer, more upfront explanations before signing up, especially about the invoicing and payment steps. The sign-up flow was straightforward once I committed, but that initial phase of researching and confirming features was quite confusing. Talking to a few friends, I’d say it felt like hunting through pages for the right answers instead of having one place with all key info neatly ordered for quick understanding. This was frustrating and made the pre-purchase phase drag longer than I planned. It’s something I’d caution others to prepare for if they want a smoother start.
