Initially, the dashboard presented a clean overview, which quickly clarified the sign-up charges and payment schedule. However, when it came to detailed invoices and specific transaction dates, I had to navigate through multiple tabs and menus. This was not a major hassle but did take some patience, especially since the labels weren't always perfectly intuitive for locating historical payment records. Still, the automatic updates on payments and reminders were quite helpful and kept me on track without needing to avoid the system. Overall, I give it four stars because the platform eventually provided everything I sought, but it could be made just a little easier by consolidating relevant payment info or enhancing menu guidance to reduce user effort.
