Finding info was frustrating, support didn't help much
I was pretty eager to get started with this remote workflow software, but honestly, finding what I needed before buying was tough. The website wasn’t very clear on the features and didn’t explain well how the calling tools worked. I liked that there was a training option, though the listed sessions were vague and I couldn’t tell if they matched my skill level. The sign-up process seemed straightforward at first, but then I got stuck trying to understand invoicing and payments – the FAQs didn’t really answer my questions. When I called support, they were polite but didn’t offer much helpful advice beyond basic instructions. Also, the demo videos didn’t show the updates or database functions clearly, which I felt were important before I committed. On the plus side, once I finally accessed the software, the dialer worked smoothly most of the time during my short trial, and auto updates were a neat feature. But I kept wondering if the service would meet my needs fully because it was so tricky to glean clear information early on. I respect that they provide paid training, but the upfront discovery felt much harder than it should be, and that’s frustrating when you want to make an informed choice. Overall, I thought the pre-purchase phase could be improved drastically, or at least provide better guided support to ease understanding.
