Finding help was a bit of a mixed bag honestly
I was trying to get some answers through support and wasn't sure how easy it would be to find what I needed. At first, the telephonic support seemed like it would be straightforward, but after a couple of calls I realized finding the exact solution was more complicated than I expected. The knowledge base had some useful information, but not always the specifics I was looking for. On the other hand, once I did get hold of a representative, they were quite responsive and tried to help even if it took a few back and forths. It was a little frustrating that I had to repeat myself or explain things multiple times, but overall the communication was honest and not too difficult to navigate. I think if there had been more structured or clearer guidance during training or onboarding, it might have saved me some time. So I’d say to a friend: the support works but expect to spend some time digging around and possibly following up a few times. It’s useful but not perfect. The software itself was fine, so it’s mainly the support where the mixed feelings come from.
