Finding exactly what I needed was easier than I thought, but with a catch
At first, I was worried about how complicated the software might be, but I actually found what I needed pretty easily. The search and navigation tools were clear, and after the initial training session, I felt comfortable browsing through different modules like the dialer and database. However, I did notice that some updates changed features a bit without much announcement, which threw me off for a day or so. Despite that, the automatic updates generally improved performance over time. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward, with no hidden steps, which was a relief. Telephonic priority support, while helpful, sometimes took a little longer to get through during peak hours but overall was good enough. The one stand-out aspect was how well the database integrated into my workflow once I got the hang of it. So while not perfect, the system felt quite supportive once I adapted, which is what made the overall experience positive.
