Finding exact features took more effort than expected
At first, locating the right section of the website where I could sign up and understand what software and training packages suited me was surprisingly tricky. The navigation wasn’t immediately intuitive and it took time to filter down to options that I actually needed. I remember spending a while scanning through the product descriptions and comparing feature lists before I finally found a clearly detailed area outlining the dialer and database tools. Once I landed on that page it felt easier to decide what might work. The sign-up process itself was straightforward enough once I knew where to start, but the effort to get to that point was more than I’d imagined. Most other stuff later happened without issues, but that initial search and cross-checking took the bulk of my effort. Overall, I think WFHI could improve its sales resources by making those key product areas easier to find right away.
