Finding exact details easier than expected
I expected it to be a bit difficult finding detailed information about the software before making my purchase, but the process was surprisingly smooth. The pre-purchase materials clearly outlined the features, especially the telephonic support and the database integration, which was what I was looking for. It stood out how quickly I could access training outlines and understand what tools were included. The sign-up and invoicing sections were easy to navigate as well, which reassured me about the payment side of things. Compared to other software platforms, WFHI’s transparency on updates and calling tools advantages was what really made me feel informed and comfortable with buying. It definitely took the stress out of what I expected to be a longer research process, so that accessibility was the standout for me.
