Finding details was a struggle, but checkout was okay

The invoicing system was clear, and payment went through without hiccups, which I appreciate. Still, those initial hurdles made me hesitant and gave me a shaky start. I was expecting a smoother introduction and a more user-friendly experience when looking to buy software and services.
